During this current uncertainty, pain and general suffering of so many around us, I want to take a moment to congratulate this amazing miss. The past 19 years of raising you has taught me about healing families, both those formed by blood, those formed by love, and those formed by culture and community. Helping to raise you, love you and advocate for you has taught me more than any four walls ever did. Love you forever, like you for always, as long as I’m living my baby you’ll be. Love you my Taki girl.
